We love to ship for free. It takes the guessing work out of the whole buying process, making it easier for you! We cannot ship anything expedited or to Hawaii or Alaska or internationally.

How Items are Shipped:

All the smaller items will ship via UPS or FedEx standard ground. Always be sure and inspect your items once they arrive and take pictures if there are any damages. Email them to info@thegardengates.com and we will make it right.

Shipping Timelines:

The Woodstock chimes ship with in 5-7 business days. If the item selected is out of stock we will inform you right away. You can choose to keep your order, find an alternative item or cancel your order. We are happy to help!

Returns:

For all items made by Woodstock Chimes you have 30 days to return it. The return shipping will your responsibility. For your refund, it must be in the original packing material and unused or damaged. Upon inspection, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied. The refunded amount will be applied to the credit card used to place the order.

Woodstock Chimes Limited Warranty

Products manufactured by Woodstock Percussion, LLC are warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Your product is warrantied for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes capiz, bamboo, glass and coconut chimes and components as well as defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage or failure to use products in accordance with the instructions.

The warranty is also void in the event of unauthorized repair or modification. In the event of a defect, product will be repaired promptly, without charge, or, at our option, replaced with a new product of equal or superior value, if delivered to Woodstock Percussion, LLC, prepaid, together with the sales slip or other proof of purchase date.

PRIOR APPROVAL FROM WOODSTOCK PERCUSSION, LLC IS REQUIRED FOR RETURN. Contact our Refurbishing and Warranty Department at info@thegardengates.com for a return authorization number.
