I ordered this beautiful obelisk and didn’t hear anything from the company about my order for a couple of weeks. I emailed The Garden Gates to ask about when I could expect the obelisk. Sara got right on it and sent me shipping tracking, and kept me updated. Good experience.

Placed my order online, surprised I hadn’t received an order confirmation after the order was placed. Followed up came a few days later noting the package was shipped. Although the package arrived with several tears and a large whole in the front of the box. All the parts were intact, but the black powdered was scratched on several pieces. It definitely took two people to put the product together. Overall very happy with my my purchase. Great garden structure.
