Made It Right!

I Ordered the Quadro Garden Pedestal for my Padre Pio garden statue also purchased from Campania. I was so disappointed when it arrived damaged. The corners on one side were chipped off during shipping. I took pictures, sent them via email and immediately also contacted Campania's customer service. The woman I spoke with was WONDERFUL and assured me a replacement would be provided at no additional cost to me. The replacement pedestal arrived in perfect condition about a week later. Items with pool water areas should be wrapped with burlap or any absorbent material (an old blanket or towel) and then wrapped with dark plastic, ensuring that water does not accumulate and freeze.

  • All the cast stone pieces are hand-painted to order. This method differs for each color. After the color is applied, all pieces are sealed.
  • Color variations will occur and are part of the unique quality of the fountain.

Depending on the color selection and environmental conditions, a touch-up may be needed after several years. Paint Kits are available in 10 oz bottles or gallon-size jugs.
